Ana's Carrot Cake



Cake Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 medium carrots
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Frosting Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate powder

Directions:
Grate the carrots. Grease and flour a cake pan of your choice.
Beat the eggs in a blender for 5 minutes. Add oil, sugar and the grated carrots beating until smooth.
Pour batter into a bowl and slowly add the flour.
Add the baking powder into the batter mixing just until combined.
Bake in a preheated oven (180˚C) for 30 minutes.

Frosting: Pour the condensed milk and the chocolate in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring, until the mixture gets thick. Spread chocolate frosting on top and sides of cake.
